Temps hit 90 yesterday on the 24th day of September, so we headed down to the beach for one last hurrah before the real Autumn arrives. Seems everyone had the same idea! The beach was crazy packed and the waves were so high. Rip tides caused by all the hurricanes-so no swimming was allowed. However, there were still people who went in despite the warnings and we watched one almost lose his life drowning. A daring rescue by a woman who spotted him and then watching in horror as the EMS frantically performed CPR for nearly five minutes. Everyone clapped when he began breathing. So scary. I hope he is ok. Anyway, here are some sunny pics to last the winter.
