There are people in this world who just make you smile. They have a happy spirit and bring joy to all those around them. That was Rick-my favorite purveyor of random vintage items--many of which found their way into my book "Mr. Biddles". I used to love to visit him at the Dover Antique Center and was always disappointed when I trekked out there and missed him. This past weekend I made sure to call ahead so I could see him, but was told he passed away.
I will miss you Rick. Always loved to hear your stories of dancing the night away. You made being older look anything but boring. And I will always remember you reminding me of your hours "Wednesdays and Weekends" in that great baritone voice of yours. Rest in peace. xo
